Project Implementation

The Project Implementation and Contracts (PIC) department handles overseeing the Power and/or Water Purchase Agreements throughout the different phases of the project. This includes closely monitoring the project’s progress to ensure alignment with the Agreement. Upon the completion of the construction phase of the Project, the department oversees the operational obligations as set out in the agreement.
